Full Refund
In the unlikely event you wish to return your purchase, most items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of arrival:

Please include with the package the original order number, and the reason for returning the product. No reason is required if the product has not been used and is still in perfect working condition.

Return shipment, including insurance and payment, is the responsibility of the customer.

For items where shipment was included as part of the original purchase price, SkyOnline will retain 10% of the refund to cover our shipping costs

Partial Refunds
